Artist Spotlight
Lynwood Slim and the Igor Prado Band
Two continents collide as California native Lynwood Slim teams up with the premier jump blues outfit the Igor Prado Band from Brazil. The result is a tantalizing cocktail blend of American roots music, hand-shaken and served straight up, that's guaranteed to go down smooth... bottoms up!

Show them Some Love!
Rob De Luca / Of Earth
"Of Earth" is a multimedia communication utilizing compositions of sight and sound being performed simultaneously. In the lab: ROB DE LUCA makes sounds by using his diaphragm to push air over his larynx. His vocal chords open and close in a delicate or violent fashion, producing somewhat unnerving, but occasionally pleasant sounds.
Artwerk
The seeds of Artwerk began in the 1970's in the band SSP. They played across the state of Oklahoma for about three years. In 2009 they reunited for a jam session and trip down memory lane.
Rediscovering the joy of performing again,"Artwerk" was born. Since that time, Artwerk has been busy writing, recording and producing. Artwerk's debut CD, "Shelf Portrait" contains a lot of material that was written during the 70's and performed by SSP.
Artwerk's second CD, "Under The Shade of Trees" is a great blend of Indie and Acoustic Rock
Chris Dair
We are happy to say that Chris sent us more music this month! You have to check this guy out. He is a top notch Electric Blues artist. As a young lead guitarist Chris jammed/played with many of the R&B and rock legends of our time. Most unforgettably with the great blues legend Bukka White. More recently Noel Redding (Jimi Hendrix Experience) and John Coughlan (Status Quo).
Major influences include Jimi Hendrix, John McLaughlin, and Frank Zappa.
